Information for exhibitors at the Beer Alps Festival
General
- Date: Friday, 04.10.2024 (as part of the "Innsbruck Live" Shopping Night)
- Location: “Marktplatz”, 6020 Innsbruck
- Visitors: approx. 700
- Set-up from: 12:00 pm
- Serving from: probably 2:00 pm
- Serving until: 10:30 pm (exhibitors must be present until the end of the event)
- Number of exhibitors: 15+
- Parking: surrounding car parks and parking garages
Stand information
- Dimensions: Length 2.95m, height 2.47m, depth of roof 1.82m
- Sales area dimensions: 201 cm x 83.5 cm
- Technology/electricity: will be provided (please communicate requirements during registration)
- Equipment: dispensing equipment and gas, any refrigerators and marketing materials such as roll-ups and beach flags are to be provided by the breweries
Sale/dispensing
- Cash desk: one stand will be reserved for the sale of value tokens and for handing out glasses; age checks will also take place here
- Value tokens: only Beer Alps value tokens may be redeemed at the brewery stands; these must be exchanged for cash at the cash desk at the end of the event (1 value token = €1.00)
- Deposit system: glasses will be issued for a deposit; please inspire festival visitors to use the same glass; we will provide facilities for washing out the glasses in the meantime
- Beer styles: each brewery can bring as many beer styles as they like for the tasting/bar
- Bottles: Beer bottles may not be handed out to festival visitors; bottled beer must be served at the stand
- Condition: the cheapest beer at each stand must be offered for €3.00/0.3l
Award ceremony
The award ceremony of the Beer Alps Competition 2024 will take place between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Bad weather
The event will also be organised in the event of bad weather.
